Sumaya's cousin is visiting for her birthday, and her plans need warm, sunny weather. Can she predict the weather so her fun isn't rained out?
The Sumaya Solves It series follows Sumaya, a curious Somali American girl who loves science. Short chapters, full-color illustrations and everyday problems make it a great fit for new and growing readers, and a fun way for kids to see Muslim families like theirs in a story.
